Plaster Plus

Plaster Plus is a performance additive for Plaster of Paris and other gypsum-based formulations and casting systems.

When added at up to 25% of the water phase, it significantly improves hardness, surface smoothness and water resistance of finished casts. Makes plaster up to 5x stronger!

IDEAL FOR: PLASTER OF PARIS & OTHER GYPSUM-BASED CASTING SYSTEMS

Add Plaster Plus directly to the mixing water before combining with Plaster of Paris.

1. Measure out the required mixing water.
2. Replace up to 25% of the water with Plaster Plus eg. 25ml Plaster Plus per 75ml water.
3. Stir well to create a uniform mixture
4. Add Plaster of Paris powder gradually, while stirring until a smooth, lump-free slurry forms.
5. Pour and cast as usual.
